Inside Sales Executive


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives (US) for further development and closure
  • Responsibility will be qualifying marketing generated leads from trade show or campaigns, by making outbound phone and / or email contact with C- Level Executives, Senior VPs, and Directors…
  • Successful history and methodology of cold calling and creating sales leads and work independently to identify 4-5 qualified leads per month with key decision makers.
  • Solid exposure to Capital Markets industry
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Sales Analytics. Can analyze data and run different campaigns
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working on Insightly (Google Gadget) or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Can work in extended shifts
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • MBA degree or equivalent

  • Basic understanding of the International policy making, and International Markets, Financial Services business – Fintech, Banks and Wall Street.
  • Understanding of the digital age technology, mobile payments, data, social media
  • Subject understanding of data analysis, statistics, business and policy governance
  • Exposure to different geographies like Emerging markets, Europe, USA, Africa.
  • Should be able to make and do presentations.
